I was very nervous to try RnRC. I love Wooden Coasters, but was nervous about going upside down. The first year, I chickened out of RnRC. But the next year, My DS, Godson & a friend literally forced me thru the line. Right up until I got in the car, I wanted to chicken out. We waited for the front seat as my RnRC lovin companions assured me this was the best seat for a chicken. I was so scared, my mouth was dry as cotton & my heart was booming out of my chest.
Then the countdown & pullback......I am thinking "I'm going to die"
Then the Take off......Wow! This is fantastic...... The first Loop & then it begins - the feeling of Flying. I'm completely & irrevocably Hooked. A too short minute later, the ride is over & I'm Jumping up & down in excitement, begging my son & friends to go on again. Luckily, we had fast passes for just such an occasion & jumped right back on again. Now I never go to WDW without a few trips on RnRC. I hate ToT, not a FreeFall kinda gal.
RnRC was the beginning of a Great Love of Coasters for me. I grew up with a Woody Coaster Lovin Dad & always loved the classics. But RnRC introduced me to Steel. Since then, I have traveled to different theme parks just to do the Coasters. I have a collection of Coaster Tapes - in other words, obsessed. All because of RnRC.
