Oh, I do hope you guys head to Busch Gardens someday!! Maggie and I can be your grand tour guides. Maybe Rinky and anyone else in this part of the world would come meet up too!
We loved our 'Ohana dinner. The noodles are delish! Of course, I never had the potatoes to compare so...
I loved all the topiary pictures! I'm looking forward to seeing the F&G ones in a couple of weeks and then the Christmas ones this year too! Your pictures of the Poly made me smile-we sooooo loved our stay there last year!
LOL!!! Oh my goodness, I just love the picture of Bella trying to eat the bread!!!!! So precious!!!
Just a Bellarie update for anyone who isn't on facebook -
I feel really good after talking to Dr. Grant. He is a pediatric craniofacial plastic surgeon, which means he only does plastic surgery on small faces. He said normally he see these tumors on the outside of the eye not the inside like Bellarie's. He said he has done plenty of these surgeries and that if it were more on the bridge of her nose it would be more concerning. So now she is scheduled for surgery at Birmingham's Children's Hospital on April 26th. We have to wait a little longer than if we were doing it in Huntsville, but I'll wait for a doctor who specializes in this kind of surgery.
Now to focus on Bellarie's party and other fun stuff until surgery on the 26th.
Aw our poor baby girl.![]()
Jill, glad you found a doctor that you will feel comfortable with. Waiting a little longer is definitely worth it for piece of mind. Good luck with everything![]()
Fun update, Kona looks pretty yummy! We are almost to the Big Night.
Jill, I am glad you are happy with the 2nd opinion. That is one precsious little face that deserves only the best. On to the party-what is the date??
Waiting for the best in the field is a good thing!!!![]()
I'm glad you waited and found a doctor who you're more comfortable withI'm already really looking forward to seeing pics from Bellarie's party!
Wilderness Lodge is awesome! We loved it, and we will return for future trips.
I don't know about September. I'm hoping there's something left in May! Keep saving those pennies for all of your souvenirs.![]()
Mmmmmm - that terriyaki steak at Kona is sooooooo good!!But, the bread and butter is almost an equal rival.

That's great news that this doc is confident it will be a quick fix. It is good when you get one that explains things like he did. Hooray for the Pooh party!!!!!
I'm so glad you got the second opinion and that you feel more comfortable with the new doctor.
Great news about the doctor. Feeling comfortable is a very important thing!! Glad to hear you feel good about him and a date for the surgery.
I'm glad to hear that you found a dr you are happy with. I can't wait to see Pooh and the gang at Bella's birthday party.
Jill-glad to hear about the specialist you found for Bella! I'm sure it was a little weight lifted off your shoulders after talking with him. I will keep yall in my thoughts and prayers! Especially of the 26th!!![]()
Jill, it's great that you sought out the second opinion and are more comfortable with this doctor.
I'm glad you went with you gut on this so you can go into it with complete confidence!
LOL ! I will def be saving every penny I can get for all those goodies !
Jill, glad to hear that you were able to find a specialist for Bella's surgery . I'm sure with a specialist it makes you breathe a little easier about the whole thing .
Great updates MeMom! I love the Poly too - its on my list. My REALLY long list of Disney hotels to stay in!!! (along with POP!, POFQ, The Contemporary and the GF!!!)
Are you still going to skip back to your October trip after this report is done???
I am hoping all these babies start to come soon... my close friend had another baby girl today. Called Madeleine! My sister-in-law is due any-day now too! Plus Julie and Erica! Come on babies!!!
I was pleased to read about Bella's new surgeon. You have to go with Mummy's instinct. I have learnt that A LOT since becoming a Mummy!

I'm glad Jill found a doctor she is comfortable with. My daughter had to have two eye surgeries, one at 3 yrs. and one at 4 yrs. The first one was by a doctor we really like, the second one was by a different doctor. He was a fine doctor, it is just easier when you feel comfortable with the doctor.
I know I know !!!! To a
