I think Bella needed the rubber Disney bus, too! After all, she rides on them almost as much as her regular car.
Yes, the day will come when she, too, goes to one of those 'other hotels' and wants to know
'What is this and where's the bus stop?'
I love that Disney Clue game that looks so cute!
I love all of your shopping pictures!! I get so excited looking at them thinking I will be spending my money in WDW soon
Great pic of the AK tree!
That's what I did a little too much of on the last few trips!
AK Christmas decorations are cool, aren't they?
i was going to get the squishy bus and monorail for caleb...but i simply forgot about them...oh well...he came home with enough! LOL!
I bet he did. Jill was showing me some of your Disney pictures last night. I almost got the monorail, too, but figured I should save it for next time.
Oh, I want that Clue game. I loved Clue as a child and Disney Clue sounds even better. I'll have to see if I can find one of those.
I love that AK tree as well. You know, it might just be my favorite Disney Chrismtas tree. I think the ornaments on it are gorgeous and I love the animal theme. Also at the top of my list would be the big tree in WS. I love all the country themed ornaments on that one.
Every Disney park is so unique in its Christmas decor. AK is dear to my heart, as is staying at Animal Kingdom Lodge sometime. If I could work at a place like that, I think I would love it. The 'glitz' of the Hollywood Studios decor, the classic Christmas of Magic Kingdom and the global theme of an Epcot Christmas...I love them all!
I love those squishy buses! So cute! Good choice Memom!
Thanks. Bella said she didn't care which toy she got.
She pretty much just smiled at everything I held up.
Rinky, the
Disney Store website has those Clue games in their Park Merchandise section -- I have looked at it several times.
I might possibly frequent that section of Disney Store, too.
Nothing like a MeMom shopping trip to start my Sunday morning! The buses are super cute. If only we could hop aboard anytime we wanted and make our way to WDW!!
If I was half as close as I am, it would be dangerous. Jill and I would thinking of going for the weekend pretty often.
Skype is great!!
My parents bought a place in Florida last year and got a new computer with webcam this year and we talk to them on skype a couple times a week. They love being able to see the boys and talk to them. they have been able to see them ready to go out trick-or-treating, saw them on Christmas (my father wasn't well and couldn't make the trip home) and the boys excitedly showed off presents and such.
I have promised to skype the boys from WDW in May which is making the idea of me being gone easier.
You can do 3 way conversations too but loose video when you do.
If he gets this job, I guess we'll be learning all about it. That's a great way for you to keep in touch with the guys while you are gone.
Thanks for the shopping pictures, looking at the Pop Century pictures are making me homesick. We are not staying at PC in June and I might need to schedule time to visit.
Even when we don't stay at Pop, we visit. It wouldn't feel right not to.
Yes, Skype is awesome.
I don't think I've ever played Clue, but if I ever do, I want it to be the Disney one. I love the little buses, too! So cute!
Bring Disney Clue to our Mega DIS Meet, whenever that happens, and we'll all play!
I just had to share my excittement with you....I just bought a ......
Mickey Waffle Maker!!!!
You know I have been wanting one for years now, and always admired yours from afar.
I can't wait for it to arrive so I can make some, maybe I can wait until my 100 day mark......I don't think I can wait that long.
I think Skype is wonderful idea, and I know you will be able to visit often!
(Maybe Drew will surprize you and be of more help if Trent isn't there?)
Great shopping pics this morning!
Is it too silly that I want a Disney bus too...
'Celebrate Mickey' will be coming home with me!
Congratulations! I promise it will bring you much happiness. I made waffles yesterday morning. Brooklynn wanted her syrup on the side, so she dipped - one ear at a time and then the face. I had my favorite - pineapple and macadamia nuts (one of the few splurges I allow myself right now). Jill and John ate plain ones. Trent had a plain one, but since I mixed it in the same bowl as mine, there were some stray nuts, which he commented on. He picked them out of his waffle, so poor Mickey was looking pretty sad.

Drew didn't eat a waffle - he's an egg man!
I personally think that every baby should have a rubber Disney bus!
You know, I am one of those suckers for lifestyle reality shows. It's the whole fishbowl thing, I love seeing how other people live their lives and how different they are from mine. And as a kid I used to pretend that cameras were following me all the time! I wanted to be an old Hollywood starlet!
All of our Disney babies need one, for sure!
I watch the Duggars, when I remember it's on, but so far I haven't seen a bunch of fake drama and crazy conflict on that show. I do hope after the problems with this baby, though, that she will just settle down and be a mom and grandmother and let the younger people start having the babies. I watched J&K until they got stupid. I can't stand either one of them now and hate what happened to their family. I have watched Little People, Big World, but now it looks like they're going to be ridiculous, too. The Little Couple - they seem to be doing okay, as of now, but who knows. I think they should quit while they're ahead and go on with life. I don't watch the other 'real' ones. I really don't have the TV on a lot. I usually have music, a Disney podcast, or a sermon on in the background as I am working around the house.
It's funny how personalities are different. I would be running from cameras!
Hey MeMom and Jill! I'm back to the DIS! Oh how I've missed it so
I just got caught up through the links you so kindly provided at the beginning because I doubt I'd get through 122 pages very quickly! The trip look great so far. I'm in til the end now and I'll comment more as you go along.
Hope all is well. The girls are beautiful as always.
Glad you are back. What are your exact summer trip dates?
I think a rubber Disney bus will be coming home with me from Pop in a few weeks! Harper needs one too! Thanks for the shopping trip MeMom!
I think Harper should have one. You'll be shopping in that very store very soon. I hope you get a 'new' room!
