Ridiculous info from CRO

I got someone on the phone at CRO (finally) to book my rooms for December. She got my dates and resort info and then told me that the system was down (again). THEN she went on to say that since my stay started in value season and ended in holiday season, that the system would force her to make two reservations.

Has anyone else spoken to an idiot like this? I've never had this happen before. The price stays the same for the entire time. If I do have to make two reservations, then we just won't be able to go.

sorry you are having problems - the WDW system is currently mixed up - go look on the resort boards for more posts.
