I make a mean shish kabob too! I use chunks of marinated steak, pork, shrimp, and assorted veggies and fruit on it. Usually use fresh pineapple, cherry tomatos, green and red peppers, and onions.
OTOH, hard work makes for a hearty appetite. How does a nice batch of mesquite steak tips and corn on the cob sound?
She has pneumonia and was on 90% oxygen. It was not the ventilator, just the mask, but still she is quite critical again. She was a bit better this morning and they are pumping the antibiotics into her, but this is not a good set back. She is already very weak and I just don't know if her body can handle another set back like this. Please send some mor good thoughts for us again...thank you.
