Still at work
They just announced we're closing at noon......so we're stuck for another 1 1/2 hours. We have no computer systems working so we're telling people to callback anyway so nobody's too happy that we have to sit here until noon whil even more snow piles up on our cars and on the roads.

We are having some trouble with our internet coming and going. Must be the storm. So if I turn up missing, it is the internet.

Still pantless and clueless here.

The snow is nearly up to the top of the picnic table now, however high that is. Our neighbor is hanging out his second floor bedroom window and pushing the snow off the pordch roof because he is afraid it is too heavy.

Good morning all!!!!! DD has no school here for President's Day (we had school on Lincoln's Bday here Nancy so it's not all Illinois schools). She was also off on Friday for an institute day (thank goodness cause we headed to Des Moines, IA early in the afternoon on Friday and they ended up with 14 inches of snow by the end of Saturday). So today she is working on her science fair project and hopefully - that is a strong word there - cleaning her room. I chose to go to work today so I didn't spend my day yelling at her to get it done!!!!! ROFL

I think we had about 2 inches of the up to 8 inches they were predicting - such has been our luck this year. They scare us so that everyone will go and spend their money at WalMart the day before it's to hit and then nothing happens!!!! I guess it's an easy way to sway the economy!!!! Sorry to hear all those that are getting BIG snow today and tomorrow - YIKES!

Haven't started on the riddle yet, has taken me 2 hours to catch up from being off on Friday.
