Think that's the first time I've ever earned the hat !

I have some great news .....a friend of mine told me yesterday she's going to a conference .... at WDW ...... and would I be interested in tagging along ???? So I'm going to world at the end of January ..... staying at Port Orleans - Riverside ... most of the nights picked up by her company and the remaining couple of nights at the reduced rate from the convention ! All I have to do is fly myself down there (well that could be dangerous ) and buy a park hopper !! Woo - hoo !

Good Morning OK and the Corral

spb - Lucky you! That will be great.

Lars - be glad she is talking to 3 boys at once. My DD (16) is seeing only one boy, pretty seriously. THAT is when it gets scary.

I think the kids use the IM like we used the phone except you can be in touch with more people at the same time.

Snoopy - why were you in Baltimore yesterday. That is where I was born and raised and lived until I was 35.

I am having trouble with this riddle and I don't know who that was a picture of. (Ack, ended in a preposition, but apparently that is acceptable now.)

Good morning everyone!

It got COLD here last night... got down to 21 degrees! Heading to Leavenworth Washington tomorrow - to hike by the river in the beautiful fall foilage, shop in the bavarian village... and just enjoy a fall day with my family.

Leavenworth is on the east side of the cascade mountains... nestled at the very base of the mountains before climbing up into Stevens Pass. It is GORGEOUS ... sheer mountain sides, a tumbling clear river that runs through the town... mountain trail heads and rock climbing paradise... and the entire town is fashioned after a bavarian village... (nothing is left out of the theme... including McDonalds! LOL!). It is the mountains towering above the village that makes every step out of a shop a breath taking experience...

Sunday it is supposed to get cloudy and gluncky... so I want to enjoy the beautiful fall days while we got them!
