I went to Taco Bell and had the zesty chicken bowl without dressing. It is 11 points, I think. I found the nutritional values on the Taco Bell web site then used my point calculator. Doing it that way, the mexican pizza has many more points than listed in the Dining Out Book.

Elaine, I think WW is easy to follow. Not always easy to lose weight, but easy to follow.
