Rhode Runner Stroller..review anyone?

Ive been looking to get DD4 a new stroller as she has medical conditions that cause her to get worn out very easily so she doesnt walk much at the mall and defiently not at WDW. I was told about someone locally that is selling a Rhode Runner jogging stroller, so Im wondering if anyone knows anything about them? Are they a good brand? Easy to manuever? ETC.

Let me know asap as I plan to go buy it asap as our weather is suppose to turn bad today sometime.

Not sure if you purchased yet or not but if its a fixed wheel I would go w/ that, IMO. It will not be mall friendly at all and even in the parks it will be a task to get around especially w/ an older child.

I didnt know until I met with the seller to see it that it had the fixed front wheel. I dont know much about jogging style strollers and didnt think to ask. I did get DD4 out and made her sit in it and no it was not that great to turn very sharply. I offered the lady less than half of what she wanted, telling her that Im not trying to rip her off, just dont know if Ill be able to use it and its fine if she didnt want to accept my offer. Well, she did, so I bought it for only $35. Ill try it out at the mall and stuff and see how it goes, but Ide still rather get a new one. Im sure if I dont like this I can atleast get my $35 back out of it.

Anyone reccomend any better stroller? One to hold atleast up to 50lbs (she is 35lbs and 42 inches tall). I want one that is easy to get around with, Im not a jogger, but defiently a shopper and we go to WDW around 2x a year.
