Just a quick review of the meals from our recent trip.

Donald's Restaurantosaurus at AK - PS 8 a.m. (day 1 of our trip) Seated quickly, food was great!!!!!! Characters were funny!! Enjoyed this except we were seated in the smaller back room (5 people at a table for 4) and the room was not well lighted. We would do this again.

Crystal Palace - PS at 11:30 (day 2 of our trip) Pooh and friends. Our waiter was EXCELLENT! Character interaction was WONDERFUL!! My kids loved this meal and the restaurant is beautiful, food was good, especially the Boston Creme Pie (yummy). Seating was quick and my children loved the parade with the characters - it was a blast. The only thing they could have improved upon was to keep the chicken strips on the children's buffet filled - they were out for quite awhile. Other than that, everything was PERFECT!

Sci Fi Dine in Theater - We loved this restaurant too. Our PS was at 3:40 but they were running behind so we came back in 30 minutes and were seated within 5 minutes. It was SWW so the park was packed and anyone without a PS couldn't get a seat here. We got one car for our family. My dh and I both had cheeseburgers and they were awesome. My boys sat in the front seat of the car and enjoyed the show and my dd sat in the back with my dh and colored. I enjoyed the middle seat all by myself and loved that my children sat and ate like angels!!!!!! The car beside us had the onion rings and they looked delicious and the glowing ice cubes were fun!!! No room for dessert after those big cheeseburgers though.

Mara (CS) at AK - We ate here a few times. DS loved the pizza, the cheeseburgers are great, the turkey sub abit dry, the breakfast platter was excellent and the ZEBRA DOMES and CHOCOLATE MOUSSE - EXCELLENT!! Had these twice with our meals. Service was bit slow at times but we went at off times, it was quick. Ice machines didn't have much ice and had to wait. They have MICKEY waffles for breakfast - so cute!!!

I posted a separate review for the Princess Storybook Luncheon at Epcot on another post - that was awesome for anyone who loves the princesses!!!

Overall, we were VERY PLEASED with all of our meals and my dh even tried a few new things and that is not normal for him. I highly recommend any of the places that we went too and would love to go back.

Thanks for the reviews - were you on the dining plan? I'm wondering about Mara breakfast, esp. on dining plan. It seems like breakfast cs has the least choices so knowing they serve will help us to plan. Also I'm in search of mickey waffles - my dd12 has requested them so I want to get them at least once!

We were not on a dining plan, but since the trip was a "bonus" that my dh earned at the dealership where he works, we received breakfast vouchers for each day that allowed us a main entree, a pastry, a hot beverage and a cold beverage.

I have lots of pictures of the food we ate (including the mickey waffles) and as soon as I figure out how to post them, I will. The mickey waffles at Mara are large and come with bacon or sausage. They also have breakfast burritos. The breakfast platter came with scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, a biscuit and potatoes. The donuts are also good!! I don't remember the other breakfast choices.

Your dd12 will love the Mickey waffle at Maras and both the children's waffle and the adult waffle are the same size.

Thanks for the reviews. We ate at Sci- Fi for the first time this past December and really enjoyed it.
