Resort hopping/Refrigerated goods/ Poly Pool hours

We will be transfering from Poly to BCV, can they store our refrigerated goods till we can get in our Room ? Also what are the pool hours at the Poly ?

Bell services has commercial refrigerators so they can keep food cold for resort luggage transfers.
(Call or talk to Bell services in advance to setup a pickup time from your old room)

Tikiman mentions:

The Lava pool during the summer is open 9 A.M to 11 P.M. During the colder months is was open 10 A.M. to 8 P.M.
(But I don't recall the lava pool being open that late over the summer)
The Oasis pool seemed to be open later, but there was Aparantly a glitch in the gate locks that has since been remedied.

Can we drive over with our food to Bell services. WE will be there next month for pool hours
