Over here, after receiving the ‘what ya doin?’ Isabella email; I tried many times to call Disney.
when I finally managed to speak with a cm regarding our oct/nov (fingers crossed)
trip- she told me if I had not called regarding the room only bookings they would stay in the system.
I was like no!!!!

The email specifically states if no contact -bookings would be cancelled.
Once again, lack of consistency.
I must ask-what does MF mean?
I only recognise those letters together as a rather naughty thing to say
