So, for a DCA morning, do you end up doing Webslingers or Sky School for your fishing? Sky School seems more prone to breakdown but also only a tier 2.

I usually do WebSlingers, but as soon as the park opens, if WS is up and IC is down, I modify my LL to IC and pray that it stays down an hour!
