Resale Contract Prices?

HELPPPP!!! Finally ready to purchase a resale contract. Looking at AKL or SSR. What do we see them going for recently per point? TIA

I usually find the dvcresalemarket link pretty easy to check for current contracts and their value to buy or sell. Also the yearly maintenance costs are provided.

I would say you should be aiming at a range $105-120 depending on the points you wish to buy

Things are a little expensive right now on the resale market, but I totally get the desire to buy in before things possibly get worse. If going resale, there are still deals to be had versus going direct. I’d say shoot for anything over 30% savings over direct. My opinion is it’s only worth it to buy resale if you are achieving savings at about that level. Otherwise, I personally would go direct. For what it’s worth, I think you still can find deals of greater than 30% savings, especially if you shop a bit.
