rental car - free spouse?

anyone kow of a list anywhere of the companies that allow spouse to drive for no extra charge?

we found a terrific rate at dollar, but i just noticed that they'll charge for us both to be able to drive. we have a higher rate at budget, but free spouse, so it's almost even.

If you sign up for National's Emerald Club your spouse is free also if you're a Costco member you can use their code for Alamo and get a free additional driver (spouse or other).
Budget as said above has free spouse.

Enterprise and Avis each allow the spouse to drive as an additional driver for free.

If you are an member of Hertz Gold, your spouse is allowed to drive as an additional driver for free.
