Rental Car drop off at the hotels??

We are starting our vacation in Key West for a few days before we rent a car and drive up to Orlando. Does anyone know what rental car agencies are at the hotels, and are they at all of the hotels? Our son and nephew are flying into Orlando the day that we get there and we'd like to pick them up at MCO, and then drive to Universal and drop the car off there. We're staying at the HRH. I know we rented a car at RPR a couple of years ago to drive to the beach, but I don't remember which agency it was.

Depending on what hotel you are staying at and if the hotel has the same car rental then you should be able to.
I would call the hotel your staying at cause they should be able to tell you.

You can see where all the drop-offs are both in the Univeral complex & nearby...just plug a search on each company's website as to locations.

Hertz is the onsite car rental agency. They have a desk right in the lobby of the HRH. Think the actual location is the PBH, but I'm sure the HRH desk will take care of it for you.

We use the Budget located at the Holiday Inn Universal across the street. I believe they have the "pick you up" service, so you could return the car there and get them to drop you off at the Universal hotel.

We do Hertz exclusively due to DH's Gold Canopy. Love the convenience of Hertz (but that is another thread )

Although we have never picked up or dropped off at Universal (always MCO), we have been told that we can at any of the hotels. The cars are at Portofino, but if you reserve at HRH, they will either get you to Portofino or reimburse you for a taxi there. Although, the walk between the two on the back path is less than 10 minutes. It would be easy to rent the car and have one person just walk over and get it.

AAA, Costco and Southwest often have great rates for Hertz. We have an excellent rate for a Lincoln Navigator through AAA for our March trip. Better than what we priced out at some of the competitors.
