Yeah, so I logged in today to reserve kids activities for my paid-in-full Baha cruise and it now says NOT paid in full...with a mystery charge of $478! I haven't added anything to warrant this and I was absolutely paid in full as of two months ago. I cannot get ahold of anyone on the phone or in live chat, been trying all morning.
In another twist of sheer weirdness it also says 'final payment due by January 2022' when the cruise is next month. All the cancel buttons are grayed out for me too. Can't do anything, and my daughter's Boutique reservation has vanished. I'm at a loss.
