Hi, I received it yesterday, but I didn't check the mail until this morning.

Thanks so much for the two books and the dish towel! My dad and I were reading them a while ago and we can't wait to try the ****aki mushroom casserole and the stuffed mushrooms from the Japanese Vegetables cookbook and the boiled cookies from the Hawaiin cookbook. Thanks again!

Oh, on a side note, the Japanese vegetable book has a listing in the back that shows what vegetables help with different ailments. My dad was looking at the list and saw "menstruation". He didn't realize what he was reading and thought it was the index of the recipes. He said, "Does that say what I think it does??!!??" He thought there was a recipe called "menstruation"!
