My package is packed and ready to go to the PO tomorrow! I was way ahead of this game, getting my book before sign ups were over, but a sprained ankle and strained ligament have sidetracked me a little. I wanted to mail on Monday! I will post again tomorrow night after mailing.

Well, I purchased my cookbooks yesterday.
It's tax season---the BIG day is tomorrow .....it sure has been a hectic one. I plan on mailing my books out tomorrow. Then, I get to spend four days with my daughter and her family before starting on all the payroll and property taxes that are due by the end of April. It never ends!!!!

I will post again when I actually mail out the cookbooks. Cindy

I got my package today form ILUVDXL (Kathy). It has lots of wonderful things in it including:boston harbour tea, lobster magnet attached to a can of lobster bisque, a can of indian pudding, 2 lobster suckers, a bag of boston baked beans, and a lobster pot holder. Those were all the extra things she sent. I saved the best for last:

The Durgin-Park Cookbook written by my very, very, very favorite cookbook authors of all time, Jane and Michael Stern!!!!!

I had never heard of this book before, but if they wrote it, I want it because I have all of their Roadfood Books and several other books they have written!! You have no idea how excited I am about getting this book!!!

I guess you could call me a cookbook groupie who just got a fix!!!! Thanks again!!!

I got a package today!!!!!"New England Bed & Breakfast Cookbook" Thank you sooooo much DD2Disney. I love the New England area- and will have "Turkey, Apple & Pecan Salad" for lunch tomorrow. (That's where I opened the book) I have a collection of cookbooks (200 plus-quit counting) and sometimes read them as a novel (guess what novel I'll be reading tonight)
And thank you for the stickys (will be sure to hide this pack from the little ones who visit)
