Refer a Friend??

I have referred a friend to DVC who will most likely buy into Saratoga Springs. The referral was attached to my membership number. Is there an incentive, besides having my friend also have a great time, that I'm not aware of? Thank you.

There are a few different things you can get for refferring someone if you are in a State taht can legal accept gifts for real estate referrals (I only know that NY Can and CT Cannot) There is a tiered cash incentive that is starts at $200 for the first referral and I believe maxes out at $500. There are other choices but I don't know what they are.

If you are in CT or another state that cannot accept the gift then they send you a thank you letter and a pin or something.

Thanks Tramp68 for posting a reply. I'm pretty sure that VT residents cannot make referrals for $$$. That's OK though, I didn't really expect anything.

I know what you mean. My parents have recieved about $1500 for many referrals over the years and every time they have signed the money over to the person that is making the purchase.
