Recognition for Epcot World Showcase restaurant server?

Is there a best way to recognize a great server at an Epcot World Showcase restaurant?

We had a really great server at Akershus last night named Simon. I feel like there is something special about having a server from that country who is excited to tell you about the dishes and the cultural significance. It was a great little learning experience for my 8 year old (and me!).

I know a lot of the foreign workers aren't there for extended periods of time, and I wonder what the most effective way to recognize them is (besides a healthy tip). Any ideas?

When we have several great CMs on our last trip, I sent an email to guest services. Got a very nice email in reply.
They said they would get the information to their team leaders and they would be recognized. Hoping it did happen.
