I was going to make a pork butt in the crock pot with a balsamic BBQ sauce. I went to make the sauce and saw that I only had 1/2 cup of balsamic. Since I was already out this morning I decided not to run back to the store. Instead I threw the pork in the crock pot with most of a bottle of sweet baby rays and the 1/2 cup of balsamic. I have it on low for about 6 to 6.5 hours before it time to eat it. I don't want it completely pulled pork tender but close.
I should be ok right?
