Reception Buffet Menus

Hi...
After lots of switching and changing everything DF and I are now thinking about a buffet at Whitehall. Does anyone know where I can look at some sample menus? Or if anyone would be so kind as to post theirs, that would be lovely

Our buffet had salad, 3 dressings, mashed potatoes with cheddar, prociutto, & sour cream, parmesan crusted chicken, beef carving station, pasta action station with an alfredo and a la vodka sauce, two cuts of pasta, Canadian cheddar cheese soup from le cellier, and rolls. We also added Mickey premium bars for dessert to be served with cake. This was $67 per person.

Seafood Station
Jumbo Shrimp, Steamed Clams
served on Ice with Cocktail Sauce, Lemons, and Limes, and mini bottles of hot sauce

Salad Station
Medley of Greens with toppings:
Cucumbers, Tomatoes, Red Onion, Broccoli, Carrots,
Marinated Mushrooms, Olives, Cheddar Cheese, Bacon, and Croutons
Balsamic, Low-fat Zinfandel and Ranch Dressings

Action Station
Roasted Chicken with Applewood Bacon, Caramelized Shallots, Apple and Cabernet Reduction
Two Pepper-rubbed Beef Strip Loin with Sweet Onion Sauce
Yukon Gold Potatoes topped with Aged Cheddar served with Chive Sour Cream and Crisp Prosciutto
Rolls and Butter

Dessert Station
White and Dark Chocolate Fondues with Berries, Pineapple, Bananas, Angel Food Cake, Pretzels, Graham Crackers, and Marshmallows
$83++ per Guest based on 1 ½ hours or less

We customized the Glass Slipper Buffet. I like this option because it is stations.
