Now THAT'S a funny story!!!!! You crack me up, tinkles.

I just got back from dinner. Italian. And I had NO pasta. But I did have 1/2 a Bomba for dessert. Yum.

I can't think of any funny stories right now. But I will. Glad to see we have such a good turnout for the party. Do we dare hope that even the elusive AMY will turn up? That would really be special :thumbsup2 No falling asleep with the kids, Amy!!! (BTW, good summary. But, no, I don't think I posted any pics recently. Pongo, Tink and NM all did, tho.)

Shelby, thanks for the Hammatime video. See, LaLa, there ARE hand motions that go with the song. Too bad Z never comes by here. Or did you post it on the blog, too? (See, I never post on the blog, but I do read it....maybe like Z does here??? If so, HI Z!! BTW, This just in...the Internet is not a fad....)

So, anyway.....let the party begin!!!! :sunny:
Any dogs allowed? You know I'll have good wine and plenty of it; I make a mean artichoke dip with garlic bagel crisps on the side; I have a salmon that nearly rivals AP; and my key lime pie is homemade from top to bottom. Otherwise, I got nothin'. Oh, I roll over, sit, and heel well. ;)

I'll do dessert. How about cupcakes? Did you ever find that thread? Or I could do Hershey Bar Pie. YUMMMY.

Oh yes, how about both.

Actually do you have a recipe for Hershey Bar Pie? Sounds like something I would like.

lol, I did find the cupcake thread...

Picture it, Germany 1950's. (Invision Sophia from golden girls here):

I am about 5 years old. My father owned a gas station/car repair place. Covered in grease all the time.

One day, a guy comes to the door, praising the merits of "Sunil", a laundry detergent. You know, the grainy powder stuff. (Dont ask me why the had door to door salesmen for a laundry detergent, just go with it, this was the 50's)

So I was next to my mother at the the door, and very proudly announced that my father baths in "Sunil"

My mom just about sank into the ground.

lol Chris, I knew you would!

Me too. :teeth:

Of course you aee welcome, Dog. As long as you don't pee in the house. Or poo, for that matter.

About the artichoke dip. Is it made in the microvawe? I have a really good recipe that's made in one. Would you care to trade?

Or do I not have the security clearancee for that, either?

Depends on the food, of course. Just for sipping: Terra Andina Cabernet Franc/Merlot blend from Arghenteena. For salmon, Coppola Pinot Noir. For plain ol' snackin', Cielo Pinot Grigio from Italia. I have lots of each. . .and many others. Did I mention the word "free?"

I am so making that. Soon. And no, the cupcake thread is funny mostly because it exisits at all. It is otherwise only funny in that I read the whole thing looking for a funny.
