I do not recommend the bus. The bus might come, but it might not. We waited for a bus that did not come and ended up in the park 3 minutes after opening (got to ride that day, but it was stressful).
If you have a car, control your own fate and drive.

Oh No! I've not heard much about bus unreliability like this?! What resort where you staying at?

agreed. We were at FQ last month and on the bus stop at 5.50 am for a 7 am opening. The bus didn't come until 6.48, and we didn't tap into DHS until 7.08. Luckily we got a BG (112) and rode at about 6pm but it was very stressful We didn't have a car and Uber wasn't an option as we have 1, 3 and 5 year olds that would have needed car seats.

Do you know if yours was first bus of the day? I’ve been following transportation as we haven’t decided yet exactly what we’ll do, but from what I can gather, the first bus is pretty early and catching the 2nd bus in time can be iffy. We’re at the Riviera and really frustrated that the Skyliner is running early enough!

We are staying at CBR too end of March. We wish Skyliner operated early enough for ROTR - we assume open will be moved to 8am and we too will want to leave CBR at 640. So we’re wondering if Uber/Lyft picks you up by your building (we requested Jamaica) or you have to go to Lobby/Port Royale?

Remember, let 2-3 seconds count off after you see it hit 8:00:00, then go for it. Or however it has worked for you in practice.

I practiced far enough to select my family but chose not to click the last button, just in case.

Not in park, first time practicing. Got to part where i add party--took a few seconds--then got to screen where it asked me to remove members "not in park" which is all of us--then backed out to a screen that said all BG were gone for the day. Seems about right.
