Read Me!Im a PTR! graduation Dec 2011!!!update 12/8: I GRADUTATED!LEAVE IN FEW HOURS!

These places are the ones we have decided to try this december and hopefully we will be able to get. We have never eaten at any of them.

T-rex- for the boys
Ohana- mama picked this out but i really want to try too
Teppan edo- mama also picked this out
crystal palace- always saw this building as a kid but never been near it
CRT- this is for me, i obviously have a boy but i do not plan to have any more children at this moment, that could always change, so no little girls
50's PTC- the only thing that interested me in HS for dinner

other possibilities:
San angel inn
tusker house
boma- we had it before and really liked it but may try breakfast
hollywood and vine breakfast- i just discovered my nephew has a thing for handy mandy

side note: we may had a few days in the beginning to try WWOHP:cool1: and we are considering MVMCP! I plan on getting a few extra hours of work this summer to save up!

Sounds like both your trips are coming together nicely. I hope Devon doesn't mind getting his haircut. The CMs there are pretty nice about handling little kids.

Congratulations on making it through the semester! I think the second to last semester of school can be the hardest. You're almost done, but still another set of classes are left.

When can you make ADRs for December? Should be soon, right?

Hi, joining in reading your PTR. We have a trip planned for December, but not til next year :sad2: so I'm living vicariously through others planning for this December.:santa:

Congrats on your grades this semester and being so close to graduation. That is so great.

Your little man is such a cutie. Love his 18 mth pics.

Your plans so far sound great. I would love to try CRT but with my boys now 5 and almost 7 (6 and 8 when we go to WDW next) they have no interest in anything princess. We did eat at 50's PTC and had a great time, our server was great and he really had my boys listening to him which is an accomplishment in itself. We did OHana too on our last trip and really enjoyed it. Good food and lots of it.

Looking forward to hearing more of your plans and have a great time on your trip later this month. Last minute, suprise trips are the best.

Thank you and :welcome: , Happy to have you along. I have done the same thing, im already living through last years dec trip reports and getting lots of ideas! Even though your trip is over a year away it will be here before you know it.:woohoo: I hope i enjoy those restaurants but even if i don't its a first time for everything. I really am happy to try CRT. and what's sad is one of my roomates worked there while i did the college program and went there for her bday but i missed it because i had to work:sad1: so heres my chance and my nephew likes cinderella so it made it more ok to go!!!

This will be short. Recently i was presented with a choice for my graduation trip. To go see cirque or go to mvmcp. From those choices, i picked MVMCP. I figured that prices would only get higher each year and to go with it. That was until i was presented with another choice. For a while my mom was ok with adding a day or two to go to universal. Currently, it was a choice an extra day for universal or an extra day for MVMCP but not both. It was a easy choice for me cause i really love IOA. and well you all know about harry potter is there and i want to check it out. I like HP. yea i know im a geek but if i wasnt then i wouldnt be me!

Aww, no MVMCP? Tough choice. WWOHP does look really cool, though. I've never had any interest in Universal until they made Hogwarts. In December, weather will be perfect for a Gryffindor scarf, too.

And my trip was fabulous. Too short, but really fun.:thumbsup2

yes it is especially se we rented points and it was good to know that we were able to get what we wanted

How do you rent points????

Ohana is amazing you will love it. We are actually going there in October for my moms Birthday. When I was on my CP and stayed full time afterwards it was a goal of mine and my roommates to eat somewhere different on property every week. I think you have very good choices.

You know it was a little hard especially since i know mvmcp only happens during holidays and the price increases every year and i may not be going back during the holidays for a few years but i like potter, the only geek in my family. I remember those scarfs from last dec and they look so plush and warm! Im glad you had a fun trip!!!

Hey sweetie! check out the DVC section here on the boards and it will explain everything. You will have to find somone who is a DVC member and rent points from them or check out dvcrequest.com for davids vacation rentals. The website is here on the dis as well and a few people use it.

Thank you! I feel so slow, it wasn't untill the end of my program that i even attempted to eat on property and unfourtanely i only got to planet hollywood. i tried chef mickey's but they were booked the last month i was there. Thats good. I was too slow to take advantage of those things.:rotfl:

I attempted to make my first ever countdown calender. i had almost finished all i needed was to add a little sparkle but it was shaped and taped up. I needed to take a bathroom break! :rotfl: i call myself placing it high on the freezer so devyn could not reach it but it did not work. He moticed the mickey shapes and the boy likes mickey. unfortunately not as much as thomas the train but enough to grab it and tear the numbers off. i came back to find this...

:rotfl: Oh the joy of having small children. Too cute!!

My kids would do the same thing to a count down calendar.. Maybe when they are older?

I bet that's exactly what would happen if I made a countdown calendar right now. Too bad the calendar was ruined, but it does look as though Devon enjoyed it. :rotfl:
