Congratulations on graduation! I know the excitement...we're going to celebrate my graduation in May. I just turned in my grad application two weeks ago to my advisor...it's a great feeling

I love all of your pictures. Can't wait to hear more about your planning.

Oh, and we were the same way with the snow and ice here. I'm in school near Dallas and we have missed 5 days so far this semester.

Congrats to you as well!. it was so great to get that done and to finally see the end. its taken me extra long to get a degree. The public schools here got 5 days becasue of the snow. Lucky guys!!

Just wanted to share to everyone, that we are offically booked december 9 thru 14th, 2011..at the animal kingdom villas-jambo!!!!! I apologize for not updating much but Dev and school keeps me busy and in other good news, i started spring break today!!!!! i will use 3 days to catch up on reading and work on my case study. Besides that, me and my little man will be home in the pj's, catching up on time lost. I loved today. he did not go to daycare nor will he go all week and its so much fun just playing with him and not worrying about some test i have to take the next day!!!

Congrats on both booking AKL and for spring break!! As long as everything goes according to plan... looks like our dates will overlap. Crowds should be lower that week, right? I know that come the following week (where the majority of my trip is) is going to be way crowded. I hope to survive it.

Thanks. i surely hope its not to crowded. i read that it was low crowds in between thanksgiving up till the week of christmas. lets keep our fingers cross that way at least youll have low crowds the beginning of your trip!

We stayed at the Animal Kingdom Lodge Jambo House this past December!!! Needless to say I fell in LOVE with the place!!!

What are you going to school for? I just graduated last June with my MBA! Our December trip was my graduation present to myself!

I AM SO EXCITED!!! Last week we recieved a pin for free dining in the mail. My dad saw it and he said here another disney thing.. my dad isnt a big fan. Anyway we were sitting and he asked well arent you going in december! I said, Yes we are!
He asked, "well do you want to go then, know or i bet you want to go twice"
"UH YES daddy!!!!"
"I should have never taken you down there if u were going to love it this much", he said making a joke. Then he said" well if you save your money and pay your own way down for the flight, ill take care of the rest"


of course i said!! well ok!!!. the Dec trip is already paid for and i have enough and becasue i plan to have a job before this time mext year, i will not be able to take a vacation untill i earn some time so i was sooo happy to hear this. The problem was airfare....untill delta haid a sale and i got a round trip ticket for 200 dollars. a little more than we paid before but a lot cheaper than 300.


So we are going back earlier. we are booked May 31 through june 4!
at all star sports, since all the other values were full to use the pin. it was for a free quick service plan and we have decided not to upgrade because it is the summer and the parks are full so we will be in long lines and will not waste park time for sit down meals.
I was happy to hear that we will be there for star wars weekend and i have never been. I know its crowded but i honestly have 3 goals and everything else i can do when we go back in december. The goals are 1, i have to, have too meet jedi mickey and if possible the other VIP in the star war attire and 2, ride TSM, and 3rd beauty and the beast show! i absolutely love that movie!!!!!!!!!

I love Disney in December, I have gone the past 3 years at that time, last year I froze my rump off.

I have always gotten the free dining and this past year I chose not upgrade to TS only because I didn't want to be tied down to reservstions, I needed my freedom. But I did book CRT and just paid OOP for it, I have to say it is so worth the money, the setting was great, the character interation was wonderful and the food, OMGOSH was fabulous. I hope to do it again this year, which brings me to...You will be flying in the day before I leave. I love when I have a trip over lapping somebody elses, it makes me feel alittle more connected to people in this big world, wierd as that sounds, it's like we are all in a secret club or something. Anyway I plan to follow along on your PTR.

Girl, I am SO JEALOUS!!!! We got that same PIN code and it just about killed me to throw it away without using it because it was the very first one we have ever gotten! But traveling to Disney in the summer with a 6/7 month old just didn't sound like the way to go, so we'll be sticking it out until November still. So excited for y'all though! It is so great when an unexpected and CLOSE trip pops up!! Make sure you share your plans & pictures for that trip too!!

That's so exciting, an extra trip! I've never been for SWW, but I bet it's pretty cool. Flight prices have been kind of crazy this year, so a $200 flight sounds like a good deal.

I got the same free dining code and we are still considering whether or not to use it. It would be kind of fun, but on the other hand, if we go twice in one year, we're really better off springing for APs.

I really want to try CRT just to say i tried and that way i wont always be wondering if ill like it. If i do ill definately pay OOP even if i have the dining plan cause i wouldnt want to use 2 credits

If you only knew the number of times i have had to throw away pins. This is the 1st pin i have ever used that was not a room only discount and i have been getting them for a while. So im sure you will get a chance and you are right about bringing a baby at that age in the summer. that wouldnt be so hot!

Thats true. I m considering an AP but i would be trying to get here every other weekend and that might be a problem, you know, with this little thing called life
