Re-applying after applying two times last semester

Hi!
I'm looking forward to applying for DCP Fall advantage but i'm not sure when i can apply. A recruiter told me I can apply now, since i finished classes in December, but from what I've read you have to wait 6 months to re-apply or you'll get an automatic "No longer in consideration". There's no problem there because I applied on August 15, and the 6 months are just two weeks away.
The problem is that I applied two times last semester. I was stupid enough to get myself convinced by someone else. So on that second account I applied on September 2, and it doesn't say anything below "HR status". It's just in blank.

Any thoughts on when I should apply? Has anyone experienced having applied twice on a semester?

I'm leaning more on applying on March, just to be on the safe side.

I have nice real answer for you but I would wait as long as possible. A lot of people who applied the first week went straight to In Submission

It's really a disadvantage to wait 6 months...I'll just wait for March and apply since it's my only option. I just hope the roles don't get filled out fast.
