Has anyone else not received their RCI certificates or AP vouchers from the Grands Firsts event at the Paradise Pier hotel besides me. Wasn't the event at the end of March? I know I rewrote my contract once, buy I had the paperwork back to them by the end of April or at least the first part of May. I have called my guide about this a couple of times and she has looked into it. Supposedly they finally went out via FedEx last week, and I still have not received them. She is putting a tracer on the FedEx, but I haven't heard back from her since Monday on the trace. How long did it take everyone else to receive their certificates. I am just getting a little upset, because we only have 12 months to book, and I am going on 3 months of not having my certificates.
