Rates Available for next summer

Was Rack rates, no discount rates available yet, but its only a matter of calling and getting the new rates applied to my booking when they become available

I just checked the website and you can make 2008 reservations for PBH and RPR, but rates are not listed for HRH yet.

I called today and made reservations for April 28 - May 4, 2008. There are rates loaded, and they are rack rates. They do not have the rates broken down into "seasonal" such as value, regular, summer, peak and holiday like they do for 2007. Also, as someone else mentioned, some rates are not loaded onto the website yet (like HRH rates), but they are available by calling (800-232-7827 or 407-503-2000)

2007 rates for the above dates, as listed on the website w/o any discounts are as follows:

April 28 - Peak season - Garden $299, Pool $334, Deluxe $389
April 29-May 4 - Regular season - Garden $269, Pool $294, Deluxe $349

2008 rates, as quoted today, with no discounts or seasonal rates are as follows:

April 28 - May 1: Garden $279, Pool $309, Deluxe $359
May 2 - 3: Garden $294, Pool $324, Deluxe $374

I was told discount rates, such as AAA, should be available by October  The rates I got today bite HUGE, but hopefully AAA rates will provide a substantial discount.

Does anyone know if the AAA rates are generally 10% off rack rates?? Or does it work like that?

Does anyone know if the rates will eventually be broken down into "seasons"?

By the way, I booked Queen Deluxe - with tax the rates for 4/28/08 - 5/1/08 are $403.87 and for 5/2 - 5/3/08 $420.75 :scared1: :scared1: :scared1:

Grand total for 6 nights - $2456.98:eek: :headache: :guilty: :sad2: :sad1: :scared:

DH said either get a good discount or book a different room :sad1: Dang!

You could just call and at least get the room booked then change your rate as the discounts show up. That way you would be certain to get the room and type you want.

AAA is usually appx. 20% and yes, they will break down into season. We usually stay at RPR in summer (w/ AAA rate) and w/ tax it's usually around $220/nite ...if that helps.

I see the PBR and RPR are available but I will wait for the hard Rock to be available. This 4th of July will be our 9th annual trip to Disney for the 4th but every other year we stay at the hard Rock 4 nights. We started doing this when the HRH first opened up and we can't wait for our next stay.it's to bad we are not staying at the end of the month when the Velvet sessions concerts are playing.our last stay it was Foghat and it was great.

I'm afraid our rate is going to be much higher. :( We're going the week before Easter in March 2008, and I've booked RPH at $324 now, so even with AAA if it becomes available, I'm expecting close to $300. I think it's still barely worth it from what I can tell for FOTL for 2 days, but I sure wish it were a bit lower priced! We may or may not even sleep there that night!
