I was at DLR and DCA yesterday and while I was at DCA over in Paradise Pier all of the water was gone!! It was a bit creepy to see it all gone. . . 0_o I'll have to post the video I took of it soon.

Oh yeah, they're preparing for Walt Disney's World of Color.

Basically a water night-time show with lights and water screens like Fantasmic!.
