Rainforest Cafe - reservations

Can you make an ADR for Rainforest or do you call them directly? DW wants to go the evening we arrive and every time I've walked by it's mobbed. Thanks.

They do not take ADR's thru Disney and are not on the DDP. I have heard that you can call them directly, I do not know the number or how far out you can book, hopefully someone else out there knows. We went to the RFC at AK, stopped by on our way into the park, made ressies for that evening for 6 people without a problem.

Two days ago I phoned to make my last ADR's and I also made one at RFC at AK. I know they aren't on the DDP but I made it for our 11th day - we are off the plan anyways. They did take my reservation and gave me a confirmation number.

You can make ADRs through Disney Dining for the RFC at AK, but not the one at Downtown Disney. However, you can make a reservation for that one directly, but you may still have a long wait, in our experience. I don't know the number, but I believe it is on their website.

Cool, that is new(I tried last fall for a Dec/Jan date and Disney could not do it, told me to contact RF directly) - I will keep that in mind for our next trip. Thanks
