Quickest routes from OKW

We will be staying at OKW for the first time in a few weeks. We will only be there for 3 nights, so I am looking for the quickest routes to Epcot and MGM. We will not have a car. Can you tell me if there is boat transportation or only bus. Also...would it be better to stay near the HH since we will be there for only a short time. We will not have kids with us on this trip. Bus is the only way you can go to Epcot or MGM. If you stay near the HH, you will likely have more noise, less parking space, and yours will be the last bus stop. We usually prefer Southpoint because it is the second bus stop, has a nice quiet pool and is very near the walk way to Downtown Disney.
