Induction is at least two weeks long. That is when you break your carbohydrate addictions and lose the most weight. You can stay on induction longer if you want. My husband and I are still following induction.
You lose weight faster on induction but it is the most restrictive in terms of carbohydrate intake.
You will have to give up a few things like white flour, sugar, bread, pasta. It wasn't difficult for us but everyone is different. You will have to also give up all those oranges you were eating.
After you finish induction you can add carbs every week.
So induction=20 grams of carbs daily and after induction you add 5 grams of carbs each day each week if you want.
