Re-applying for DAS

We went in October 2024 and we got DAS luckily.

I did test the return to queue while there to see if it would work for me and it didn’t. We also only managed to use DAS a handful of times but it still helped massively.

Anyway we are coming back in December 2025- this wasn’t planned and will be re-applying.

However I have seen on a lot of boards that those reapplying even though we had DAS after those new changes were made last year are now getting turned down again.

Unfortunately without DAS then I would not be able to get on any of the very few rides I want to, that I couldn’t do last year due to ride breakdowns and me being ill etc.

So what I am asking is if this particular board has also seen an increase of rejections when reapplying.

I would have thought it would be easier to reapply as they would see you’ve been approved before and be more understanding of how your effected etc, and that your being truthful since you have been approved last time.

It's up to each CM and medical professional if called in.
So you really won't know if you are approved until you have the chat.
I wish they would just have more of a permanent solution for those with a permanent condition should just be approved for life but there's not.
