Hi,
My brother booked a week at the Sheraton Vistana for this coming November. He made his request in November 2006. His timeshare is with the Vistana but not for the week he booked. He just got a letter stating that his unit will be in the Courts section. I have read online that this is the one area to avoid. There will be 8 of us staying in the unit. Does anyone know if he is able to request another area of the resort? Has anyone stayed in the courts section?
Thanks!

Hi,
I have not stayed in the Courts section, but it is the oldest section on the resort. They are more like townhomes. Some have said the interiors are a bit dated & there are no water views, but I have not heard anything recent.
What section does your brother own in and why isn't he being placed there may I ask ? I own in the Fountains and we're always placed there every year ?
This is the most recent trip report I had read from someone who stayed in the Courts (I believe 2005):

I do have some outside shots of the Courts I snapped in 2005 :

I am also wondering about what Maria said...you should be placed back in the section he owns at I would think..
