Question regarding adding points at different resort

We currently have 150 points at SSR and I am considering adding on 50 points at OKW.
How does booking work?
If I want to use all of my points at OKW do I need to wait until 7 months out to book my SSR points there?

Yes, you will need to wait until the 7 month window to use the 150 points, but you can use the 50 OKW points at the 11 month window. If you banked and borrowed, you could use 150 OKW points at one time for the 11 month window every 4th year.
