Question re selling points

If you have two contracts - one for 300, one for 100, are you allowed to sell the 300 point contract and still keep the 100 points contract, even though it is below the original minimum point requirement?

Yes,

You can sell the 300 point contract. DVC will only sell you a minimum of 150 points for an initial contract, but after you become a member, there is no minimum.

If you were not a DVC owner and were looking at resale, you could in theory buy as little as 25 points to start out.
