Question on Planet Hollywood

I called for a PS for dinner and they stated only available at 5pm or 10pm which is too early or too late. So I called back to see if our group was 5 instead of 7 would it be available. She never got my group size but asked if we are staying onsite. I said yes and she said to go to guest relations(I am assuming at DTD) and they will give me a card which will give me priorty seating there. Anyone know about this. I did make a PS right now for Wolfgang Puck for that day at 7pm.

If its the same card they were giving out last year, you also get a chicken crunch appetizer for free. We got our card at Guest Services at our resort(the Poly). It worked great for us and we only had about a 5 minute wait.
