does your asthma seem to get worse at night when you're trying to go to bed??
for the most part, during the day i'm alright. but at night when i'm trying to go to bed, my throat and my chest feel a little tight.
i don't want to take my inhaler at bedtime, because it usually keeps me awake for a bit.
plus, i'm not sure if it's a good idea to take it every day/night, you know??
i had taken it the other day, a few hours before bed because i was having a problem breathing and i noticed i had no problems with tightness in my throat or chest while trying to sleep.
if you have asthma and you have a similar problem, what do you do about it? does anything else besides an inhaler help??
i already use a humidifier in the bedroom, and we've even turned the one on the furnace on.
