question about transferred points

Hello all. Is it possible to reserve a room online with reserved points? I know they are there because MS verified when I called but I don't seem them in my online points. Thanks in advance

You will need to call and get MS to book with them. You can't see me online and sometimes it takes MS a little while to find them while they are booking. Can't be done online.

You can see transferred points online if they are an exact match for a resort and UY that you own. If you own OKW with an Oct UY and you receive a transfer of OKW Oct UY points, MS will deposit those points into your OKW Oct UY contract. If you receive a transfer of points that do not match one of your contracts, they will not be visible online and you will have to call MS when you want to use them to make a reservation.

Yeah...We had a reservation to make with transferred points one time. It was tough because we were trying to use them to get a room that was fully booked...so I was stalking the site....and when a room opened up....BAM...I was unable to grab it because I couldn't use the points online.

Long story we got what we wanted and it all worked out for us but you have to call to use transferred points. Unless like the previous poster stated....they are from an exact contract like your own ....resort & use year.
