Question about Tickets and FP+

We have a package reserved for 6 people and I have made FP+ reservations for 6 people. My son is now only coming for part of the time so I'm taking him off our package.
When I remove him from the package I'm going to buy an individual park ticket through my MDE so it will be on my account, will they cancel his FP+ or will they remain intact for 6 people? Does that make sense

I have no idea, but it was me, I'd buy the new ticket and add it to MDE under his name before I drop him from the package. Seems like you'd then be able to keep his FPs in place.

I agree with HM. Add in his ticket; remove him from the package and your room reservation, and everyone's FPs will remain.

Buy the new ticket and link it to him (you need to link it to him, not to you; once it is in your account you can reassign it to him) before you drop him from the package.

If you remove him more than 30 days out you might lose his FPs anyway if he's not listed on any resort reservations. I don't know how that works if he is linked with you.

Thanks for the replies. I will buy the tix first and remove him. I'll let you know how it works out
