Question About Phone Orders from WDW Merchandising

Do you find it easy to order via WDW Phone Merchandising? I guess what I mean to say is that without having the Sku number of the item are cast members able to look up what you are describing and ship the correct item?
I've been hesitant to call for fear of receiving the wrong merchandise.
Will WDW merchandising ship outside of the USA?
If so...
Has anyone from Canada or abroad ordered from them, and if so, what were the approximate shipping charges like? (aside from customs)

I have ordered items with and without the Sku and have had no problems. They seem to have somewhat limited capabilities. BUt if you have a description, they are pretty good. But for pins, I have found it best to know which ones you want. The CM's I have ordered with were not collectors.
DH ordered some marathon merchandise last Fall and had a terrible time. They made one error after another. BUT he got a free polo shirt for all his trouble and ended up buying the merchandise in person last January.
If you have the DC card, I suggest ordering directly from World of Disney and get your discount.
One plus side from ordering by phone -- no sales tax!!!

Yes, no sales tax, but they sure do sock it to you with the shipping charges!!
