Hi all- I have a question.
Background: We go every year so I know that there is a ton of walking and standing. We (me, DH, my parents, dd-4 yo) stay off-site and get two rental cars. I recently had surgery for a herninated disc, I am no longer in pain (yea) but I am still gettting a lot of muscle pull in my back and fatigue & soreness sets in fast! I am also having problems that I am putting all my weight on one leg when standing still and leaning to my left (hopefully they will order PT this week), pre-surgery I could barely walk on my right leg for 3-4 weeks and it just completely changed the way I walk and stand. We leave of Disney on the 26th and my Mom said if I want to take it easy and rest in the parks no problem, she will hang out with me... but of course I want to try and see as much as possible.
So, I am trying to cut down on any unnecessary extra walking/standing, will they let me either park my car closer or at the beginning of a row so I am close to the tram? It never fails, we are always the last car in a row-lol. Also, any tips on just cutting back on walking and standing? I assume my family can't wait to get on a ride while I sit, then join them since it is considered line jumping. I am bringing my DD's stroller, it feels a little better when I can lean on something. I would love to hear any tips.... Thanks!
