question about makeup in the parks

I wear a tinted moisturizer with a high SPF, waterproof mascara, and a tinted lip balm with high SPF. I think it's just enough even though it is more geared to protecting my face than beauty.
Do what makes you feel good.

Exactly what I would say if you are going during extremely hot weather! :thumbsup2

Now in cooler weather - I definitely wear my regular make up

I used to NOT wear makeup, and honestly some of those pictures I look terrible. My face looked so washed out, etc. I didn't wear it because I thought it would run, be too hot, etc. I do wear makeup now. I also fix my hair. I'll use waterproof mascara. I just like evening out my skin tone. Yes, I know that with the heat and humidity, my hair is a flop soon. But I just feel better leaving the room to start my Disney day knowing that my hair and makeup look nice.

One of the best tips I have ever come across, and I thought it was totally crazy until I tried it! (Just make sure you get plain MOM and not mint-flavored :rolleyes1) I have super-oily skin, and this has worked better than anything else to keep my face matte throughout the day. Although, I do find that I still need a very, very light layer of the Skin Rever-Upper under my Bare Minerals foundation, or else my skin looks really chalky and flat.

An added bonus to using the MOM is that it helps to heal up any acne more quickly.

2ND THIS...I use this or Monistat anti-chafing gel as a primer. It has the same ingredients as expensive face primers and is a heck of alot cheaper. But generally down in Disney I use MOM applied with a cotton ball

Just got back from Sea World San Antonio in May (low 90's with 80% humidity) and I tried Clinique's SPF 40 City Block. It was Bonus Time, and they talked me into it...

I'm so glad they did! It was much lighter than Revlon's Color Stay, and I just brushed on Mineral Powder afterward. It really helped. FYI

What is "city block"? Is it a foundation, or just a primer? Thanks for any help!
