Question about keys to the kingdom tour

We have booked keys to the kingdom tour for 8.30 (have to be there at 8am) in May. However the magic kingdom does not open until 9am and the CM on the phone last night told me that you check in inside the magic kingdom? If it's not open how do we book in?

Just tell them what you are there for and they should let you in to check in!

When you arrive at the MK, there will be one turnstile manned, usually to the far right, if memory serves, where those with early breakfast ADRs and tour reservations can enter. The CMs at the gate will consult their list to make sure you are on it before scanning your pass and letting you into the park.

A tip - this is the emptiest you are ever likely to see Main Street, and is a good opportunity to take some incredible photos before checking in for your tour.

How much is this tour? I was thinking I remember seeing something about a discount for Disney Visa Cardholders, but I dont know how much the tour is.
