question about ING for ING account holders

I have an ING savings account, (was referred by a DIS member -thanks), and this week I received a message about mortgage referrals. I knew there was referrals on the savings, but not the mortgages.

Is this something they pretty much always offer? Or is this unusual, anyone know?

I did not know that they did referrals on the mortgage too.. that is good to know.. mine comes due in 2 years.. hopefully I can give someone a referral.
