Question about availability of adult diapers and formula in Europe

Hi all! We have a two week family trip planned for this summer that involves Switzerland, France, Spain, and Portugal. I have an adult son with severe disability and special needs that will be with us. For our Europe friends, am I able to purchase adult pull up diapers (like Depends) as well as adult formula like Boost or Ensure easily there? Here in the US, I can find them at most large grocery stores. Would I be able to do so there? I am just trying to figure out logisitics for packing.
And if anyone happens to know resources for determining wheelchair accessibility for certain areas-that would be appreciated as well. (For example, I know some areas have cobblestone streets that may or may not work with a wheelchair.) Right now, my plan is to check Trip Advisor for wheel chair accessible things but if anyone knows of a better way, I would love to hear it.
Thank you for your help!

No idea about Boost, Ensure, etc but how about calling the manufacturer and asking them? You can also check to see if the bigger supermarket chains such as Coop, Llido, or Aldi’s keep the goods in stock online probably. Europeans shop differently than Americans do but they are coming around.
I went down some cobblestones streets in Europe on a mobility scooter and mostly they made me giggle.

Adult diapers are available in every pharmacy
For which country? My country (the Netherlands) isn't on the list of the OP, but here you can only get those kind of products with a doctor's note, either at a pharmacy or they are ordered and delivered to your home. For most people it goes via their insurance.
There are some incontinence products sold over the counter, but that's all for the light issues, not what the OP's son probably needs.

will you be staying at hotels? if so you might consider finding out if they can/will accept deliveries ahead of time to hold for you. if so you could check out Amazon UK (I was curious so I just looked and they deliver to all your destinations). since neither item you need have to be refrigerated I would order well ahead of time to ensure delivery but also have a backup plan in place (research what's available where).
