They've been removing the clocks from the rooms for the last year or so. When they replaced the propeller clock with the digital ones, they picked one that's really difficult to understand how to operate. The display can be dimmed (or even turned off) but, there's really no instructions on how to do it.
Wow, I guess we've been lucky! We had two cabins on the Wonder in February (actually some family members were in a third but I don't know if they had a clock) and two cabins on the Fantasy in September and again earlier this month. All six cabins had digital clocks.
Completely agree about the lack of directions. A couple years back, the clocks were easy for me to dim all the way at night but the latest models not so much.

I don't have a smart phone. I have a old little phone. I don't use it much just for emergencies. I don't even really know how to text. My nephew showed me so I have the basic idea. So no alarm from a smart phone. I will take what everyone said into consideration and make my decision soon. Thanks so much again.
