Call...You CAN bank them. I just did this last week with my add on. I have an APril use year and the points were to expire on 3-31 of this year. After posting and looking for advice, I was told that they will make an exception. They did...with no questions asked.

My guide also told me that they were not able to be banked....Not sure why they are not aware that we can.

I called my guide again today and she checked with her supervisor. The answer is still no. I can't bank the 120 pt 2004 and have to use the 100 pt by 12-31-05.
